Our regular activities:

WE SING JUST FOR FUN
These singing lessons are open to people with Parkinson’s or their carers and families. No previous experience of singing is needed and all ages are welcomed! Please come along for some fun and be ready to sing your head off. The cost will be no more than £3 per week (the more that come, the cheaper the class)

Meet 2pm to 3:30 pm every Wednesday. They are a friendly group, who sing for fun. Covering a wide range of musical styles, including folk songs, pop and show songs, so there is something to suit all tastes. Open to all – no auditions and no need to read music. Eden ARA is an active retired and semi-retired association with 140 members from the age of 50 and upwards. We are a very lively with regular activities such as whist,short mat bowls, yoga at the Eden Centre, quizzes, beetle drives and the occasional barn dance etc. There is a monthly meting on the 2nd Friday of every month with guest speakers and a great deal of social interaction. The Health Trainer service offers a confidential service to help you make positive life changes. They offer up to six free sessions and help you develop a personalised behavioural change plan to help you achieve your goals.
Issues that they can help you with include:

- Stop smoking
- Alcohol and drug concerns
- Stress reduction
